ICARUS stores the account information and life data you choose to enter, which may include goals, habits, plans, journal entries, body records, supplements, reflections and conversations with ICARUS.

How information is used

Your information is used to operate the service, personalize your experience, maintain your account, provide support, improve reliability and protect the service. ICARUS does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

ICARUS relies on carefully selected providers to host and operate the application. Base44 supports the application infrastructure. Stripe processes subscription payments; ICARUS does not store your complete payment-card number. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Your controls

Personal records are scoped to your account. Where available, you can export core app data, delete app data, manage retained memory and delete your account. For help exercising these controls, contact us.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
