Terms of Use

The service

ICARUS is a personal planning and self-development system. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Fourteen-day trial

New members receive 14 days of complete access without providing a payment method. The trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. To continue after the trial, you must actively select a plan and provide payment information.

Membership and renewal

Planned launch pricing is $19 USD monthly or $179 USD annually. The Founding Member offer is $129 USD for the first year, then $149 USD annually while the membership remains continuously subscribed. It is limited to the first 222 members or 30 days after public launch, whichever comes first. Final pricing is shown before purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid billing term. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. Your purchase may also be subject to Stripe's terms. Taxes may be added where required.

Your account and content

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the accuracy and legality of content you enter. Do not use ICARUS to store content you do not have the right to use or to interfere with the service or other accounts.

Availability and changes

Features, pricing and availability may change as the service develops. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
